2. What data we collect

The site sets no cookies and does not profile visitors. We only process the data you submit through the contact form: name, email address, phone (optional), company name (optional) and the text of your message.

3. Why we use it

Form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and for follow-up communication about your request. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form.

4. Who receives the data

Form submissions reach us via Google Apps Script (Google LLC): the enquiry is delivered to our corporate mailbox and stored in a protected Google Sheets document accessible only to authorised employees. The site also sends anonymous page view counters to Google Apps Script, with no visitor identification. Data is not shared with other third parties except where required by law.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to process the request and maintain business communication, and are then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you may ask what data of yours we process, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Contact info@techcom.org.ua.
