Why no names

Most of our projects are under NDA. That is why we do not name clients or publish details that could identify them.

The case studies below are generalized illustrations: real task types, the same delivery process and honestly described results without names or internal figures. References are available on request, with our clients' consent.

Solution: An integration bus between the accounting systems, master data (MDM) for counterparties and items, a data-ownership policy.
Result: A single version of truth for counterparties and stock; period closing without manual spreadsheet reconciliation.

Task: Paper approvals were lost between offices, deadlines slipped, accountability was invisible.
Solution: Approval routes on a hardened low-code platform (public-sector edition), qualified e-signature, an action audit log, deadline control.
Result: Every document has a visible route and an owner; signatures are legally valid, actions are audited.

An IT audit and a modernization roadmap

Task: Legacy systems, dependence on a single vendor, unclear total cost of ownership and failure risks.
Solution: An inventory of systems and integrations, risk and TCO assessment, a modernization roadmap with priorities and budget frames.
Result: Management received a justified plan; the first steps were delivered without stopping business processes.

Resilient connectivity for distributed branches

Task: Branches lost connection to the head office during provider outages; telephony was a patchwork of mini-PBXs without statistics.
Solution: SD-WAN with backup links, centralized cloud telephony with queues and recording, channel monitoring.
Result: A primary link failure no longer stops a branch; call service quality became measurable.

Task: A flat network, shared accounts, backups never tested for restore.
Solution: Network segmentation, personal role-based access, 3-2-1 backups with test restores.
